The Women in Leadership (WIL) project is a professional development effort that aligns to the PPRC mission of empowering and inspiring members to use project management principles in their community as well as the PPRC Vision of being the leading project management resource in our community. 

The primary objective of Women in Leadership is to provide a unique and inclusive service to the people of PPRC by offering a defined structure and support system for seasoned and up-and-coming project leaders. WIL focuses on growing the skill set of leaders and offering them a safe platform through which they can network, share ideas, and envision their professional futures.

We welcome everyone in the Pikes Peak region to join in our meetings and bring your wealth of knowledge and experience to share with others.
