Members of PMI PPRC are employed at over 300 companies, government organizations and non-profits withing the Pikes Peak region. Our members are able to practice project management best practices and increase awareness of the PMI project management profession throughout the PPRC area.
The PMI PPRC Corporate Outreach program goals are to:
Build win/win relationships with local businesses, government entitites, and non-profit organizations.
Promote the value of project management and encourage utilization of project management tools and techniques.
Provide a Registered Corporate Coordinators (RCC) contact as a channel between PMI PPRC and entities within the community.
The roles of the RCC are:
- To promote awareness of PMI PPRC within their organization
- To disseminate PMI and PPRC information on the project management profession and practices within the greater business community
- To promote PMI PPRC events (such as chapter meetings, workshops, and seminars).
- To work with company HR/Recruiters to use PPRC as a source for their open position needs
