Distilling Spirits using Project Management Principles
A Workshop and Networking event sponsored by PPRC
Cost: $10 * Maximum capacity: 40 people
Get a unique view of the business practices required to distill Sprits, Agave, Rum and Brandy. Tour and briefing from Blackhat owners, then stay to enjoy the available food truck, drinks and conversation!
- Observe and interact with the Director of Operations and Distiller to gain insight into the project management approach and techniques used in a real-world small volume spirit distillery production environment (Leadership).
- Understand the strategic decision required to successfully produce spirts in an operational distillery (Strategic).

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
The PMI Pikes Peak Regional Chapter Refund and Cancellation Policy is currently under revision. As per the approved revisions, cancellation of registrations for Chapter Meetings will be honored and refunds granted when the cancellation is completed/received by 11:59 PM seven business days before the event.
