Julie Ramsey – Progressive

My favorite scrum value is courage which supports my favorite quote, “Risk, learn, grow” from Progressive Insurance’s past Chairman of the Board, Peter B. Lewis.  I’m a Business Systems Analyst at Progressive Insurance and I’ve been working on scrum teams for the past three years, Scrum Master for the last one and a half of those.  I am currently a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner. I love being a Scrum Master and living in sunny Colorado. I’m a transplant from back east, now living in Colorado with my husband, four children, cat and dog.

 

Christy Craemer, PMP – Parsons

Christy Craemer is a professional Product Manager and Certified PMP at Parsons driven to provide products that change customers productivity.  Her PMP is the product of over 20 years in several functional areas, filled with valuable lessons learned.  She finds it tremendously rewarding to leverage her skills to ensure customers reach their near and long term goals with their products.   She is known as a focused, hardworking leader that demonstrates high competency in project management, customer support, planning, organizational decision making, and team building.   She has demonstrated success in facilitating customer engagement, in managing multi-year large scale projects, and for building consensus and clear direction related to project plans and deliverables.  Most recently she serves customers and team in the role of  SAFe Product Owner of multiple product teams for ongoing web application customization of structured data capture tools supporting 7 unique customer sites nationally and internationally with focus on enabling standardized data capture, support, data sharing, and data visualization.

  • SAFe - Software Applications development and delivery

    Herding cats

 

Larry Rose – Parsons

Larry Rose has worked in agile software development as a software developer, team lead, and project manager. He is a SAFe certified Product Manager and has been leading development using the Scaled Agile methodology for more than 2 years. Mr. Rose is the Director of Intelligence Systems at Parsons

 

 

 

 

 

Don Kwan – Oracle

Donald Kwan is a Director in the Oracle Applications Lab (OAL) Corporate Programs and Operations (CPO) team.  Don is the program director for Oracle’s Journey to the Cloud initiative and the Solution Train Engineer (STE) for the largest Application Release Train (ART) at Oracle.  Together with his team of Release Train Engineers (RTE), they manage and optimize the flow of value for thirty-seven agile teams and synchronize across four other ARTs in the program. 

 

 

 

 

Bari Nicolls – Fed Ex

Bari Nicolls, PMP, has nearly 40 years experience in the IT industry in software development, business analysis, and project management, with companies including MCI and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. She is currently a Scrum Master and Project Manager at FexEx Services, where she has been working in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for three years.  Bari is a certified SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, and SAFe Scrum Master.
