These transparent and highly visible tools constantly communicate an Agile team's progress to project stakeholders. This presentation will provide an overview of how to interpret the most commonly used Information Radiators including Kanban boards, Burn Up charts, Burn Down charts, and Cumulative Flow Diagrams. Practical tips for Project Managers will also be provided.
