Session 1 (1 Leadership PDU):

"What You Do Matters… Your Brand and the Brain"

What does it mean to have a brand and why?  As a project manager, you need to be aware that you are creating your brand whether you realize it or not.  Using knowledge about marketing and the brain, Nathaniel will help us analyze and create an action plan for our own brand.

  • What does authenticity have to do with your stakeholders & the success of projects?
  • Brain model to notice threats or strengths to a personal brand on the fly
  • Learn effective persuasion traits and techniques that improve a brand

 

Speaker: Nathaniel J. Quintana is a certified Results Based Coach and Scrum Master; he has been a certified Project Management Professional since 2004 and has a Master of Science in Education Media Design and Technology. Mr. Quintana brings over 20 years of portfolio, program, project management and training experience to his role as a Sr. Consultant at Harvest PM.  His strategies are being implemented in a variety of industries including Healthcare, U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Civil Government, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Convention Services, Call Centers and Education.  As an expert in the field of project management, his thought leadership has impacted several areas including leadership, project management maturity, risk management and resource management.

2019 PPRC Vision and Board Introduction Session, Member Appreciation

Come and meet the 2019 Board! We are excited to serve the PPRC organization and look forward to sharing our plans to serve you.  Our new president (Randy Chronister) will share his insight and vision for the new year.  Each Board member will introduce their team, what work is completed by their team, and any volunteer opportunities in their area. Retiring PPRC Board members will be honored for their service.  Annual member gifts will be distributed.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

The PMI Pikes Peak Regional Chapter Refund and Cancellation Policy is currently under revision. As per the approved revisions, cancellation of registrations for Chapter Meetings will be honored and refunds granted when the cancellation is completed/received by 11:59 PM seven business days before the event. 

You will be required to review and accept the current PMI Pikes Peak Regional Chapter Refund and Cancellation Policy as part of your registration.  Please review it here.
