Overview:

Professional Scrum Master is THE cutting-edge course for anyone supporting a software development team's efficiency and effectiveness. Helping you to become an effective Scrum Master, and achieve Certification.

This 2-day Scrum Master Certification course covers the principles and (empirical) process theory underpinning the mechanics, rules, and roles of the Scrum framework. These tools relate to behavioral shifts, working with people and teams, coaching and facilitation techniques, and addressing the organization.

Brian Purcell, PMP, MCTS, ITILv3 and President of Xlander Consulting Inc.

 

Brian Purcell, PMP, MCTS, ITILv3 is President of Xlander Consulting Inc., an REP based in Colorado Springs.

For the past 20 years Mr. Purcell has been involved in all aspects of project management. He has successfully managed projects for fortune 500 companies spanning the Aerospace, Defense, Information Technology and Telecommunications industries. Currently Mr. Purcell is president of Xlander Consulting Inc., a project management training and consulting firm based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1985 and later received his Masters of Business Administration, in 2003 from the University of Dallas.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

This training course may be cancelled or rescheduled under the following circumstances: (A) In the case of accident, illness or any other Act of God that prevents the program facilitator from being present or the venue to not be available. (B) The minimum number of registrations (5) has not been reached by midnight on July 21, 2017.
