Overview:

Do you want to become your project’s Risk Management champion?

Are you tired of stakeholders not taking risk management seriously?

Then it’s time to learn (by doing), how to use a proven risk/opportunity identification technique, used on several multi-billion dollar projects, to gain stakeholder buy-in.

Attendees will be grouped into teams four, each with a specific project team role.  Everyone will then watch a video of a $1.4B construction project, and read shortened SOW & documented deliverables.  Using the information from the video and documents, you will learn how to use and populate the risk/opportunity taxonomy, rate identified risks/opportunities probabilities & impacts, and populate a risk/opportunity register.  The final step is to out-brief findings.

It will be an action packed four hours!!
