Workshop Topic: Why is Content Strategy Important?

Description: There are many reasons, One of the most important is that, in today's busy world the stories we tell are critical to success. A sound strategy prompts customers to act in predictable ways, matching their user profiles and the requirements of an organization.

Imagine for a moment you are on a highway and you are looking for signs to show you the way, but, unfortunately, the signs are confusing. The “normal red stop sign” is a green triangle and the street signs have a red background with white text. Picture the confusion you would experience.

Luckily, for all of us, there are standards that make understanding information easy.  Realize that humans interact with information in habitual ways and discover what those are.   Learn how content strategy works, how it can help your projects, and your organization’s bottom line.

By the end of this session you will know what content strategy is and its’ evolution. More importantly, you will gain valuable insights on how to use and implement content strategy in your projects for more effective communication and better project outcomes.

LEARNING OUTCOMES: At the conclusion of the workshop, attendees will be able to understand:
•  Learn how to use content strategy in your projects for more effective communication and better project outcomes
